Our Founders

Jim Salisbury, Dane Kay, Steve Petersen and Scott Petersen have been working together as partners for more than 15 years. They began with a small 14 bed residential facility for troubled teenagers in 1989. For the first several years of operations, the four of them worked as counselors 24 hours a day-seven days a week. This experience eventually helped them create four uniquely different programs for adults and youth that serve families in need.
